District Manager (Dm - Gr - 22)
Our Client is one of the world's largest and most admired fashion companies, connecting with consumers in over 40 countries with iconic brands.
For the italian subsidiary we are recruiting a:
**DISTRICT MANAGER (DM - GR - 22)
Working closer to the Area Manager, he /she will coordinate two Stores in Arese (MI) to ensure company and store targets are achieved, according to internal procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analysis, interpretation and sharing of KPI's and implementation of related action plan to achieve company targets
- Overview of the store's income statement (P&L) and respect of costs and head count of the store
- General store accounting
- By monthly, weekly and daily coordination processes with Deputies, he/she manages store priorities, considering retail calendar, projects and process cascading.
Transfers and re-planning needs to the Area Manager
- Responsibility for the professional development of all store staff.
He/she defines together with the Deputies the training needs of the team, manages performance evaluation processes and proposes development plans
- He/she manages the recruiting process for the Store with support of HRBP and Deputy
- He/she oversees workforce planning managed by Deputy and identifies needs and FTE's to the Area Manager
- Team management, according with Deputy, including staff scheduling
- Daily and monthly breafing and meeting with store staff
- Orders management (goods loading /unloading, goods handling between stores, etc.
)
- Stock take management
- Share company values and culture
**About YOU**:
- At least 5 years of experience as Senior Store Manager in a multinational company in the Fashion Industry
- Public Relations oriented
- Sales Leadership and Customer focus
- Developed Communicative skills
- Positive approach to problem solving
- Flexibility, adaptability
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluent English
