Purpose of Role: To grow our sales to dealers, bucket manufacturers and end-users in Italy and Iberia (Spain and Portugal).

Key Responsibilities:

- Attains or exceeds the annual forecast sales volume and gross profit targets for assigned territory accounts.

- Develops and maintains strong customer alliances and highly effective distribution channels.

- Provides technical and commercial field support to Dealers' salesforce.

- Identifies and understands market trends that will affect call load, distribution and planning process.

- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

- Is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish

- Has passion for technical sales and interest in new technologies (AI)

- Has experience in earthmoving, mining or bucket industry

.

Is home office based and travels 70-80% of time on the field with customers
