OverviewThe District Manager is a field leadership role responsible for driving sales and fostering a high-performance culture of diverse and quality team members with a focus on customer experience and operational excellence. The District Manager will lead the group of approximately 15 Store Managers.

He/She will be accountablefor producing Sales and Profits within the District to meet or exceed business goals, building and developing a powerful Team to deliver outstanding results. ResponsibilitiesLead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goalsElevate OMNI selling behaviors to influence top line growthOptimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency and guarantee compliance with company's policies guidelinesMaintain increasing standards of customer service to deliver an excellent customer experienceBuild store staffing through constant and effective recruiting strategy, continuously developing team members' capabilities and career growth. Create an inclusive and positive workplace culture by recognizing and rewarding high performance, and addressing conflicts, encouraging good communication, and working to boost employee engagement and moraleAssess store managements' abilities to inspire and create a best-in-class store teamLeverage relationships and resources to manage potential issues and grow the businessIdentify opportunities to elevate store effectiveness with an entrepreneurial mindsetPut action against local insights to advance competitive edge in the marketplaceAct as the eyes and ears on the ground, increasing effectiveness of others through insightsQualifications3+ years of successful multi-unit retail operational management experience in a store environment in Sicily regionFamiliarity and comfort-level in a customer-service oriented cultureDemonstrated experience in recruiting and developing great store teamsProven ability to "raise the bar" in terms of store performance and revenue growth, maintaining standards of service and operations within a fast-paced environment. Commercial sense and business acumen.
