As IT Business Solutions Manager for Data & Analytics this role involves the design, implementation, and evolution of data-related solutions.

The focus is on maximizing the value of data through a combination of business acumen, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving expertise.

Responsibilities: Work as a part of Markets & Regions IT team to develop and implement a data strategy and define data solutions for informed decision-making in Western Europe. Closely collaborate with corporate IT teams supporting the roll out and evolution of corporate solutions. Conduct fit-gap analyses in data sources, models, and platforms to enhance data-driven decision-making. Design and deliver market data solutions. Liaise with IT security, Enterprise Architecture (EA), and Data & Analytics (D&A) teams to design sustainable, scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure the flawless execution of data projects. Maximize the value of existing data sources and identify new data opportunities that could potentially add business value. Ensure cross-entity knowledge sharing to optimize IT investments maximizing their efficiency. Who we are looking for: Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of exposure to IT architecture and solutions for data flows among systems and applications. 3+ years of business professional expertise in data analysis and insights generation. Experience in delivering solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform with a special emphasis on data solutions and services. Strong experience in project management, with a track record of successful execution. Experience with budget management and contract management. Technical & Analytical Skills Delivery on Azure stack (Databricks, Data Factory, Data Lake). Very good understanding of Azure PaaS management and resource monitoring. CI/CD experience and DevOps. Working knowledge of SQL and experience in Python/PySpark. Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to solve business challenges. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Are you ready to join us?
