**Job Purpose
As our Inclusion, Diversity and Onboarding Lead, you will be a key influencer in the organisation, working with senior leaders to gain their commitment to initiatives which create long-term value for our organisation.
This is a people-centric role, you will work closely with all members of the internal team.
You must be fluent (written and spoken) in both Italian and English, and empathetic and positive in your approach to everything you do.
Working alongside our Director of Employee and Engagement and Change Management, you will be instrumental in setting the onboarding and D&I strategy across the Recordati Group.

**Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking diversity assessments of wider organisational practices and processes
- Designing and implementing an onboarding process to ensure the best possible employee experience for our people
- Creating global diversity networks to ensure all groups have a voice in our organisation
- Proposing initiatives to support a culture where all our people feel encouraged to express themselves and their own ideas, particularly if they are unconventional, creative or innovative
- Coaching and upskilling managers and employees on the value of diversity and on promoting inclusion
- Celebrating diversity through organised events and awareness sessions
- Delivering and integrating inclusion and diversity to create value for our company and the wider society, and be able to evidence this value to stakeholders
- Designing company policies that reinforce inclusion in the workplace, address all kinds of harassment and protect minority
groups
- Supporting local teams to deliver against a global onboarding framework
- Ensure HR staff are trained on how to select, manage, evaluate and retain diverse employees
- Work with our Communications Team to ensure we use non-discriminatory language in every kind of communication
**Technical and Professional Experience Required
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a global HR environment, with at least 3 years in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of best D&I practices and best employee experience processes
- Ability to build new processes and work cross-functionally through project management and influencing skills
- Possess a good understanding of how to interpret market intelligence and datasets and to evaluate the effectiveness of D&I practices on the marketplace
- Participation as a keynote speaker in seminars about diversity in the workplace would a plus
- Experience using SuccessFactors would be preferred
**Skills and Competencies
- Native level Italian speaker with an excellent level of English, both written and spoken; additional European languages would
be useful
- Able to work autonomously in a matrixed organisation, effectively managing multiple stakeholder groups
- An individual who will thrive in a challenging and rapidly evolving internal environment
- Positive thinking and enthusiasm, team spirit, cooperative with the ability to work autonomously
