Division Support Assistant (Oa)
About the Position: Incumbent will manage administrative matters dealing with correspondence, files, calendars, deadlines, taskers and other similar administrative matters.
Advise management on the status of administrative functions, making recommendations for improvements or other needs.
Ensure deadlines and taskers are properly coordinated to the appropriate A/O.
Follow up with responsible party to ensure deadline is met or an extension is requested within the appropriate time limit. Who May Apply: Only applicants who meet one of the employment authority categories below are eligible to apply for this job.

This is the definition of specialized experience typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level (GS-06). In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e. g. , Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e. g. , professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

NOTE: one year of specialized experience at the GS-05 grade level may be creditable for in-service applicants.
