Overview / Responsibilities:

Wood is looking for an Document Controller in Milan, Italy, for a Biofuel Hydrogeneration Plant Project in Belgium.

**Role duties and responsibilities

- Register and transmit Wood, third parties, vendors and client documentation for the project, in an expedient manner.

- Achieve documents from LICENSOR's EDMS and manage them into internal system.

- Check documentation to ensure that formats comply with company and client standards based on Quality requirements.

- Ensure all project documentation is imported into document management system and filed accordingly.

- Assist project team with respect to any document management system queries.

- Run document control reports (if available and required) from the applied company or project document control system.

- Maintenance of the project's document storage structure

Skills / Qualifications:

- At least three years in Document Control management

- Familiarity with ACONEX

- Good knowledge of English language (good French / Dutch would be appreciated as well)
