**The Documentation & Training Coordinator
**In this role you will
- Act as a PoC for the day-to-day business questions on WS review, CRs and training plan.
- Have the scope of partnering with all the roles for what concerns the management, implementation and deployment of written standards and trainings.
- Ensure the management of operational documentation and training requests coming from the business is on-track.
- Be the point of contact for the Documentation and Training Managers, Training Coordinators and Doc Owner/Admin for anything relating to the annual planning on WS and for the check and maintenance of Change Requests.
- Be responsible for the availability, readability, maintenance, and reporting of data relating to documentation and training KPIs and documents to support the Business.
- Organize the communication and touch base with the business for routinary actions with the input of the TC and doc admin or as agreed with the Documentation and Training managers or Doc and Training lead.
- Ensure that deployment of training / documents is ready for implementation and done according to CR's timeline.
- Participate to the Doc and training meetings where relevant.
Prepare the meeting with the input of the TC.
- Diagnose the weakest areas in term of documentation or learning and proposes consistent improvement plan with the help of the doc admin and TC for data inputs.
- Manage Doc Annual Plans with the new upcoming tools (such as DARA, Power BI, VQD etc)/ as needed.
- Support QSS colleagues and the Documentation and Training Managers in the scope of Audit/ Inspections as required
**_ This job opportunity is a permanent contract _**_not_**_ opened for relocation. _
**_ Please note that depending on your profile and experience we may offer to employ you in the grade different from the position grade. _

Qualifications & Skills:
- Masters with a scientific orientation
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Experience in Written Standards & Training management
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical development environment
- 3+ years of experience in either Quality or documentation and training management environment
- Strong learning agility and collaborative mindset Capacity to engage others, and work in a multifunctional team and ability to work with teams in other departments towards aligned goals
- Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills,
- Ability to work under pressure due to the requested flexibility and reactivity of the activities
- Ability to work in project teams in a multidisciplinary environment and a matrix organization, lean culture/operational excellence skills is a plus
