Key Responsibilities - Prepare, review, and process shipping and customs documentation - Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.

- Maintain accurate records of all shipping documents and transactions.

- Coordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders, and port authorities to facilitate smooth operations - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.

- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers on delivery timelines.

- Resolve shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies in a timely manner.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

- Liaise with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Work with agents and shipping lines to coordinate schedules and cargo handling.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements in documentation and customer service workflows.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in logistics, maritime studies, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in maritime shipping, logistics, or related industries.

- Familiarity with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and shipping documentation.

- Proficiency in relevant software, including Microsoft Office and preferably in SAP B1 - Good level of verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
