CRA - Carlo Ratti Associati, an international design studio, is searching for an archivist to help and organize the digital and physical archives in our Turin studio. The position provides a unique opportunity for development within a collaborative setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of both physical and digital archives within the architectural studio, including books, magazines, and documents.

- Organize and catalog archival materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency in labeling and categorization.

- Work closely with the communications team within the studio to integrate archival materials into relevant projects and initiatives.

- Document archival processes and procedures for future reference, ensuring continuity in archive management beyond the internship period.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated interest in library organization, architecture, design, or related fields, with a desire to contribute to the preservation of architectural history.

- Some experience with archiving practices.

- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, essential for managing and cataloging archival materials accurately.

- Proficiency in digital tools and systems, with the ability to create and maintain a digital archive tracking system, preferably some knowledge of Excel.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, particularly within the communications team, to integrate archival materials into various projects.
