Job Description: Description Your opportunity: You will join the Dodo Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising team based in Milan leading the development and execution of Trade Marketing plans to implement a strong expansion strategy of Dodo WW through brand visibility and focusing on visual merchandising activities.

You will lead a team of 3 people.

How you will contribute: Gift: Lead the team in researching and contacting the suppliers which suit Dodo principles and concept, developing all aspects for each gift: storytelling, use of materials, personalization, etc.

Supervise production to deliver all materials on schedule.

Image Refresh: Adapt advertising campaign assets to different store formats.

Work with graphic, communication, digital/adv, and creative departments to develop projects ensuring in-store brand visibility.

BTL & Packaging: Develop and manage new BTL materials.

Create and update guidelines, adding new details/pictures.

Supervise production to deliver all materials on schedule.

Special projects & activations: Develop all Sales and Clienteling requests for in-store activations and small events with the Brand Team.

Contact suppliers to develop these requests.

Supervise production to deliver all materials on schedule.

Conceive solutions for the development of POP materials for both channels.

Who you are: Graduated in Business/Visual Arts/Design/Architecture or similar.

At least 3 years of experience.

Proficient with Office Suite (especially Excel), Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and a 3D program (Rhino or similar).

Positive and proactive, with proven organizational and time management skills.

Able to collaborate effectively across teams with strong communication skills at all organizational levels.

Initiative-driven with curiosity for fashion trends; creative abilities and attention to detail.

Willing to travel.

Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
