Job Description

- How will you contribute:_

We are currently looking for an HR Generalist Intern.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department in various aspects of talent acquisition, people management and HR administration.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a luxury industry setting, working with a diverse and talented team. -

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in developing job descriptions;- Participate to University career days and events;- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture;- Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes.

- Who you are:_- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fields;- Fluent in Italian and English, French or German are considered a plus;- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities;- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;- Why work with us? _
