Job Overview**:

Greets and acknowledges all internal/external guests by utilizing the three steps of service, anticipates guest needs, converses with guests, inquires how stay is going, keeping area clean and organized.

Through knowledge of all Hotel Services, Facilities, Hours of Operations and Amenities.

Close working relationship with Valet Parking Garage.

**Primary job functions**:

- Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features/services, hours of operations.

- All hotel restaurant food concepts, menu price range, dress code and ambiance.

- All hotel room types, numbers/names, layout appointments, amenities and locations.

- All hotel room rates, special packages and promotions.

- Daily house count and expected arrivals/departures.

- Scheduled daily group activities, names and locations of meeting/banquet rooms.

- Local events, attractions, holiday schedules.

- Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all hotel a departmental policies and procedures.

- Attend line-up daily.

- Greet, welcome and anticipate every guest and their needs.

- Ensure every guest receives a fond farewell.

- Control and monitor traffic flow.

- Access all functions of the computer in accordance with departmental specifications.

- Accommodate all guest requests expediently and courteously.

Follow up with designated hotel personnel to ensure completion of request.

- Ensure that the Front Door is attended at all times.

- Document guest requests for Bell Person or Valet assistance.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Graduate.

- Possess a good command of the English language and the ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate with guests, both in person and by telephone.

- Ability to provide legible communication.

- Valid driving license.

- Good driving record.
