The Embassy of Malaysia in Rome is recruiting an experienced driver to fulfill the position as the Ambassador's driver.

Via Nomentana 297, Rome (RM), Italy

**Job Type

Full-time

**Job Purpose

Provide efficient and safe transportation of the Ambassador of Malaysia to the Republic of Italy to various destinations according to work necessities.

**Language

Good knowledge of Italian and English in both oral and written communication.

**Education

Secondary education or equivalent.

**Desired skills and knowledge

- Formal drivers training with a valid driver's license/certification to operate assigned vehicle following local rules and regulations

- Experience in driving in a variety of makes and models of vehicles

- Knowledge of driving rules and regulations, protocol and courtesies and security issues

- Knowledge of detecting and reporting malfunctioning of vehicle systems

- Knowledge of safety standards and safety equipment

- Ability to work in a multicultural environment

- Good communication skills

- Knowledge of communications equipment such as radio, GPS is an advantage

- Availability to frequent work trips
