Drying Center of Excellence Manager

ROT - Bobst Italia (San Giorgio Monferrato)

Ensuring the achievement of the Drying CoE's targets: to provide innovative solutions at the right price-performance ratio for all Bobst Group Product Lines that need drying systems for their machines, to implement a business plan that allows the CoE to cover its structural costs.

He/She will liaise with the Product Lines concerned within the Bobst Group, with the RD&E Department of the San Giorgio site and with the Program manager, to whom he/she must raise any problems or deviations.

**Main responsibilities**:

- He/she must ensure the collection of all Group best practices, optimise them and implement them;

- He/she must develop a network of relationship with universities, research institutes and specialised consultants;

- He/she must ensure a scientific/technological level within the team that can develop innovative and competitive solutions

- He/she must comply with the development programmes agreed with the PL;

- He/she must ensure the validation of projects developed by the CoE;

- He/she must ensure that the transfer prices can cover the costs of the structure;

- Manages a resource team assigned to him/her to achieve area targets.

**Education and experience**:

- Degree in Engineering ( mechanical or aeronautical);

- Good knowledge of English;

- Previous experience in similar positions for many years;

- Originating from B2B;

- Knowledge of 3D CAD design software;

- Knowledge of CFD, FEM simulation software.
