Location: all over Greece
Position: Customer Advisor - aftersales
What We Offer:
Training: Paid training program to start your career (6 working days)
Salary: €1300 gross per month + performance bonuses
Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 6:00-23:00 (5 days/40h per week)

Annual Leave: 21 days per year
Your Responsibilities:
Assist customers in Dutch via phone, chat or email
Solve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to improve our service
Maintain accurate records
What You Need:
EU Passport or Greek work permit
Strong communication skills, fluency in Dutch and English
Customer service experience preferred
