Your Mission We are looking for a motivated Intern who is passionate about supporting the growth of an innovative startup in its scale-up phase.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong analytical skills, and enjoys working across different areas of the business to drive results.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with all members of the team, including the CEO, to support FreedHome's growth trajectory.

You will analyze data to uncover insights, contribute to strategic initiatives, and engage with external stakeholders to facilitate exponential growth.

You'll be at the heart of our dynamic scale-up phase, with the unique opportunity to learn from industry experts and work directly with a diverse team.

This internship is available for 3 to 6 months, depending on your availability, and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities of the Role Support the team in analyzing key metrics and data to identify opportunities for growth.

Work across various departments, including Business Development, Marketing, and Product, to ensure smooth project execution.

Assist in building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including partners, investors, and key clients.

Help create and optimize lead generation funnels and support growth hacking initiatives.

Participate in strategic discussions with leadership to contribute to scaling plans.

Gather feedback from team members to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Actively contribute to the overall success of the team, adapting to different tasks as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis abilities, comfortable using data to drive decisions.

Versatile & Adaptable: Ability to work across multiple departments and quickly adapt to new challenges.

Proactive Attitude: Takes initiative and is eager to learn in a high-paced environment.

Strong Communication Skills: Able to work effectively with both internal team members and external stakeholders.

Team Player: Works well with others, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools and platforms, with a passion for learning new technologies.

Fluency in Italian and English: Both spoken and written.

Additional language skills are a plus.
