**Responsibilities**:

- User Training and Support: you will be responsible for optimizing the system for easy use and training employees in its functions.

- Customer Service: you will be responsible for meeting directly with customers and clients to determine their organization-related needs.

They will then incorporate these needs into a cohesive plan that serves the company's complete Customer pool.

- Interpersonal competence: you will learn to manage relationships, interactions, and transactions with others.

It includes confrontation skills, risk-taking skills, collaboration, conflict management skills, and relationship-building skills.

Education

Degree Master's degree in Engineering, Economy or similar.

- Willing to travel at least 50% of the time (at least initially)

Software skills

A high level of understanding of how to model business processes supported by integrated systems.

An integrated view of the organization.

Technical skills are welcome.

Language skills

Excellent English.

This is the official language of the Company.

Good knowledge of at least one of the following languages will be a plus: German, Spanish, and French.
