Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Consultant We search for AX Senior Consultants and Junior consultants to involve in projects by our different clients.

We are looking for AX Finance Senior consultant.

The role requires professional services and/or manufacturing industry knowledge, as well as the ability to implement solutions requiring the mapping of common customer business problems and processes to reusable end-to-end business application solutions.

The Consultant will lead across such functional areas as general ledger, fixed assets, project management, project accounting, resource management, and reporting and billing.

Demonstrated ability to engage in business decision-maker discussions related to agility, business value, and end-to-end information technology, security, and business processes is also a must.

The Consultant will be a key delivery team resource for the largest, most complex, and most strategic projects for professional services enterprise customers.

The Dynamics AX Consultant will have a passion for the customer which is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience.

The Consultant must apply analysis skills and experience in principles of an ERP solution to provide detailed reliable solutions and quality deliverables.

To be credible, he or she must have current experience with implementing large ERP engagements.

Knowledge and experience assisting customers with planning, testing, and deploying solutions is required, including the following:

Demonstrated experience presenting complex development topics to both functional and technical personnel.

Knowledge of full application life cycle design tools and methodologies, including SureStep.

Demonstrated consulting skills.

Large enterprise deployment experience in complex environments.

Ability to act at a "roll up the sleeves" level of actually doing all phases of an application delivery project.

The successful candidate will have a University degree, 3-5 years ERP consulting experience.

Candidates should also have experience through at least one full lifecycle ERP project implementation and a minimum of two years of financial business process experience.

Customer management skills are a requirement.

Travel is an integral part of this position as are high levels of recognition and visibility.

Travel can be as high as 100% as is demanded by the needs of our customers and our business.

Position location is flexible (Milan in Italy or Zug in Switzerland).

Languages: Good English knowledge is a must.

German language knowledge is an advantage.

2 and more years of experience as Application Consultant (at least 4 for Seniors).

Additional Personal Profile and Skills: Fast understanding of issues and problem-solving attitude.

Interested in working on process consulting tasks.

Flexibility and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Stress-resistant.

Good communication skills.

Team player and ability to develop a good working relationship with others.

Interested in working in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.

Willingness to travel.
