We are looking for an **AX Junior Consultant** to involve on our projects; by our different clients.

The Dynamics AX Junior Consultant will have passion for the customer which is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience.

**Role description**:

The Junior Consultant will use his knowledge and experience, assisting customers with analyzing, testing and deploying the solutions required.

The Junior Consultant will use his/her Microsoft AX or D365 product knowledge to ensure that Customer implementation is successful.

The Junior Consultant will become an "expert" product resource for our customers and will be expected to understand the customer process, assess solution best fit and advise the customer how to best implement the standard solution as early as possible.

Advise the customer on driving maximum benefits from the solution, while keeping customer specific work to an absolute minimum and liaise with various areas of the business on these accordingly.

It is therefore essential, that they keep up to date with new product developments as they become available through the normal product release cycle.

Last but not least, he/she will support our customers during the maintenance support, after the implementation project phase is concluded.

The Junior Consultant must be available to visit customer sites, from time to time, based on the project needs.

Job location is flexible and could be Milan in Italy or Zug in Switzerland.

**Essential

- University degree

- 1-2 years ERP consulting experience

- Excellent communication skills and experience of conducting customer workshops and/or presentations

- Experience with writing functional documents

- Experience of business process mapping

- Experience interacting directly with customers

- Demonstrated consulting skills

- Team player and ability to develop a good working relationship with others

- Fast understanding of issues and problem-solving attitude

- Flexibility and ability to adapt to shifting priorities

- Travel availability since it is an integral part of this position

- Good English knowledge (spoken and written) is a must

**Desirable

**- Previous experience as an Application or Configuration Specialist

- Previous experience on D365FO is an advantage

- German language knowledge is an advantage

- Interested also to work on process consulting tasks

- Interested to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment
