E-Business & Crm Manager
Position**:
Reporting to the International Sales Director, the E-Business & CRM Manager is responsible for the management of the online sales of Acqua di Parma Worldwide and for the development of the CRM strategy and action plan.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: E-Business: - Drive the global e-commerce and e-retailing teams of Acqua di Parma, managing all aspects, P&L, operations, development, delivering Net Sales in line with the strategic plan;
- Prepare the e-commerce business expansion plan, supported by delivered results, finding the best markets to open in, preparing the business plan and delivering it;
- Manage the e-retailing business WW;
- Partner with countries in managing the yearly negotiations with main Clients, helping the countries in succeeding in building a profitable cooperation;
- Work closely with the marketing team to be supported by the best content, media and product plan possible both for e-commerce and e-retailing;
- Build the long-term strategy of Acqua di Parma business online;
- Own and manage the whole e-business P&L including budgeting of sales, expenses and developments.
CRM: - Develop a CRM culture within the organization: data capturing, management, communication etc.

- Measure ROI, analysis and feedback;
- In collaboration with the Marketing Dept. , plan digital strategies and online special projects with the aim to generate qualified traffic and maximize brand awareness;
- Create a customer communications plan, in partnership with marketing, designed to improve repeat purchase rate and customer loyalty - test and iterate based on what works;
- Manage CRM communication and guidelines with subsidiaries and external agencies;
- Database management & analysis;
- Definition of a Loyalty Program & Care.
**Profile**:
- Economical University Degree or BA in Communication, Marketing, International Business or related;
- 6+ years' experience working in E-Commerce, E-Retail and CRM, preferred in the luxury business;
- Advanced skills in managing a 360° business, autonomously managing a P&L and investment plan, owning the budget;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Business oriented and result driven;
- Strategic thinking;
- Fluent in English.
