**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Work with eCommerce team to ensure proper flow of product to eCommerce websites in support of the category/brand vision;

- Work with the Buyers and Merchandisers to organise replenishment and make stock consolidations on a weekly basis across the European business across retail stores and online;

- Work in tandem with planners, analyzing past sales figures and current trends to anticipate future product needs and devise a merchandise plan;

- Conduct buying sessions to ensure all trends are well represented on eCommerce sites

- Partner with Retail Store Buyers to source products for web including opportunities for web exclusives

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience, at least 3 years, in a similar role is essential within fashion industries

- Fluent in English (Written & spoken) is essential, French or Spanish will be a plus;

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel);

- Degree in retail merchandising, business, marketing or related fields is preferred.

- Analytical and ability to identify new product initiatives

- Problem solving skills
