Job Description: Dolce&Gabbana is seeking a motivated and dynamic E-Business Specialist to join our global Ecommerce team based in Milan.
The ideal candidate will oversee DG ecommerce channel mainly for Fashion and Beauty categories.
This role involves performance monitoring and execution of commercial plans to ensure business goals are achieved.
Main Activities And Responsibilities Implement activities to carry out the commercial calendar projects in collaboration with local teams; Support in the deployment of the commercial and marketing calendar in close collaboration with HQ and Regional Local Teams; Support in developing commercial strategies for all seasonal themes and special projects, in compliance with the Global E-commerce direction; Perform market and benchmark analysis to identify new commercial opportunities for the assigned specific regions; Implement data-driven actions by monitoring trends, ensuring accurate performance KPI tracking, using Google Analytics and Power BI on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to facilitate business goals achievement; Support in operational activities (e. g.
return analysis, improvement of customer experience, etc. ).
Work in collaboration with the Store & Content team to maintain on-site contents and adapt them according to specific local strategy; Efficiently support on catalogue activities mainly related to the Beauty and Fashion categories and support special projects, in compliance with the Ecommerce Direction.
Establish a strong relationship with internal departments (e. g.
E-merchandising, Store & Content teams) and regional teams to seamlessly execute all e-business activities supporting local strategies and business; Participate in daily and weekly meetings with the regional team to share business trends and support on the development of data-driven business strategies.
Minimum Requirements: University degree in economics, business administration, e-commerce or closely related field; At least 4 years' experience in e-commerce, preferably in Fashion & Luxury industry; Power BI, Google Analytics proficiency knowledge; Data driven and analytical skills; Professional knowledge of English (the knowledge of a second language is considered a plus); Excellent team working attitude and great communication skills; Open, dynamic, highly motivated, team player.
