Position**:

As E-Business Specialist, you will be part of the Europe Region, reporting to the E-Business Manager Europe.

You will work closely with the Retail functions, being responsible for the following tasks:

**Website search** settings and optimization

**Stock analysis** to guarantee the expected performance and anticipate trends monitoring e-commerce performance, analyzing **sales reporting** by collection/product category

Support the creation of **action plans** to achieve targets and optimize sell through

Collaboration during **buying sessions** with Merchandising Team to ensure e-commerce strategy

Support to **Digital Team** for strategic product selections

**Profile**:

Previous experience from 2 to 4 years in Fashion e-commerce or Merchandising

Economics or Digital degree required

Interest and passion about e-commerce trends, strategies and main players

Excellent command on MS Office and e-commerce tools

Omnichannel and business oriented mindset

Fluent English and Italian
