Safilo, a global leader in the eyewear industry, is seeking a talented E-commerce & Marketing Intern for an internship opportunity at our headquarters in Padua. If you're passionate about site merchandising & sporty brands marketing, eager to put your skills to the test in a dynamic and stimulating environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:Site Merchandising: Ensure full EMEA catalog is live, with stock correctly showing.

Weekly/monthly audit;Support in campaign storytelling: Align with EMEA Manager and Brand Manager on EMEA calendar. Implement HP/Banner/Navigation/PLP assets with relevant in season assets for the EMEA market.

As time allows curate these for individual countries. Work to maintain inventory and understand availability Translations: Upload translations, manage the translation agencies briefs, input into Smartling as needed.

QA primary pages weekly, full site audit quarterly to ensure translation is well represented across the site. Work cross functionally with digital marketing team to ensure emails are translated, paid ads are relevant to the market and translated. Support in testing and debugging site fixes and CS concerns. First line of defense with order issues. Support Any new dev release in EMEA, support in testing the experience in staging Trade Marketing POP Materials planning, order (MPA process), control of inbound and inventorySeasonal Materials full executionPromotional Items full executionBrand Visibility Requests from CustomersCatalogues adaptationVM guidelines for each product categorySpecific brand/collection presentationsMarketing Tools sharing documents refresh Marketing & Sports Marketing Showrooms Seasonal RefreshCorporate Safilo Website RefreshDAM, Visibility Tools, PIM – assets upload to supply Sport & Optical channelsRefresh European roster presentation to be used externallySupport of athlete's presence and activations on eventsEvents, Trade Shows & Buying Days execution supportProduct shipments to press, influencers, athletes & control of inventoryAdmin: support on contracts, payments, vendor codificationBrand News through PR & Comm.
