As we scale, we are looking for a motivated and versatile intern to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the growth of a dynamic business. Key Responsibilities:Customer Care: Assist in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Order Monitoring: Support in tracking order status and ensuring timely processing and delivery. Social Media Management: Help manage Instagram and Facebook accounts by creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience. Product Management: Assist in uploading and maintaining product listings on Shopify. Requirements:Language Skills: Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Chinese is a plus. Technical Skills:Proficiency in Excel and Word (intermediate level). Experience with Canva and Photoshop (intermediate level). Familiarity with Shopify is a plus. Other Qualities:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Passion for fashion and digital marketing is a bonus.
