E-Commerce Assistant
BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
As part of our Digital Business & E-commerce Team we are looking for a dynamic, organized and proactive E-commerce Executive to own key store management and operational activities to run our. COM.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Store Management & Operations:
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the websites including updating information and maintaining the optimization of the brand's eCommerce platform.
- Responsible for site maintenance and hygiene; regularly checking copy, testing links and raising tickets with our development team for any site fixes (daily website checks, including links, imagery, copy and content),
- Work closely with the regional merchandising and customer service teams, monitoring stock deliveries and ensuring a timely launch and update of products.
- Support with testing new features, developments, layouts across multiple environments.
- Responsible for the continuous optimization of processes to improve website performance and teams' ways of working.
- Managing the full product catalogue including product enrichment, publication, de-publication for all regions and sites.
- Managing the e-commerce packaging project: optimization, guidelines and mystery program to verify regional adoption of guidelines.
- Work closely with the OPS and IT team for the main digital events i. e Pre order, 11. 11 /618
- Managing the full product catalogue both seasonal and continuative catalogue (CO, CQR, Essential catalogue)
- Responsible for the Descriptions and Imagery management (Product description, model name, images, video etc.
)
- Support with testing new tools and features (i. e size chart).
Liaise with Brand, DEV and Production team for the enrichment and development activities
Content & Product:
- Track all inbound products to make sure launch schedules and timelines are respected and/or suggest fallback plans in case of delays.
- Managing the upload process of all new products including the briefing and gathering of all necessary assets and information.
- Supporting all product and lookbook launches and content updates across our global eCommerce channels in-line with our content calendar.
Ensuring all assets are delivered, uploaded, and optimized.
- Supporting with merchandising the website according to trade, stock levels, time in season, launch dates and the company critical path.
- Overseeing the filing of all website assets, ensuring formats and sizes are optimised for website performance.
- Managing 404 and dead links on the website with weekly monitoring and updating.
- Supporting the Digital Business & E-commerce Manager in the maintenance and optimization of the internal search functionality.
**BACKGROUND AND PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED
- 1-3 years of experience managing digital product catalogue and content.
- Experience in Ecommerce and/or luxury brand.
- Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a cross-departmental team.
- Organizational skills (planning, project management) and flexibility.
- Curiosity and passion for Digital, eCommerce, Innovation.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, under stress and with tight deadlines.
- Proactive approach and out of the box thinking.
- Detail-oriented
- University Degree
- Fluent English
