_BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB_

- _

**_MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_

- _Participate in the full web production lifecycle, including scoping out content requirements, production, testing and ongoing management/monitoring/refinement_

- _Proactively manage the content management and SEO agencies and take ownership for quality and accuracy_

- _Support localization of global web content and quality of translations_

- _Ensure online content supports SEO goals, Zegna brand standards, web style guidelines and legal and compliance requirements. _

- _Incorporate learnings from analytics and customer behaviour data into the development of content_

- _Learn about our customers and our products, and take the initiative to identify and propose new content_

**_Technologies/tools you'll use:_

- _Excel_

- _PowerPoint_

- _Asana; Jira; Teams (prior experience is a plus)_

- _Adobe AEM (prior experience is a plus)_

- _Adobe XD (prior experience is a plus)_

- _Contentsquare + Adobe Analytics (prior experience is a plus)_

**_What You'll Bring_

- _Strong project management expertise including excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills_

- _1-3 years experience in a similar content management/digital production role, ideally for a global e-commerce website_

- _Prior experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) web content management system or another leading content management system preferred_

- _Superior proofreading and copy editing skills (both in Italian and English - other languages are a plus)_

- _Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization_

- _Strong detail orientation with ability to see / maintain strategic perspective_

- _Knowledge of basic HTML is a plus_

- _Experience with web analytics tools, such as Contentsquare & Adobe Analytics is a plus_

- _Experience with Adobe XD or Adobe Photoshop is a plus_
