Between £22, 000-£25, 000 (depending on experience) + Up to £3, 000 annual bonus plus 33 days holiday, Life Assurance, and Job Reference: PYB_835 Job Title: E-commerce Customer Service Advisors – Bi-Lingual Location: Warrington, WA1 4RW Salary: Between £22, 000-£25, 000 (depending on experience) + Up to £3, 000 annual bonus plus 33 days holiday, Life Assurance, and other great Company benefits Permanent and Full Time Roles will be working Monday to Friday and will be shifts between the hours of 8. 00am-8. 00pm, so could be a mixture of some 8. 00am-4. 30pm some 11. 30am-8. 00pm or other shifts in-between these hours.

Our client is actively looking for many BI-lingual ecommerce Customer Service Advisors with a passion for providing excellent service to their ecommerce team as part of their Parts Plus Distribution Centre in Warrington.
Your primary role will be to deliver first-class customer service to current, prospective and new customers via all forms of online customer engagement.
You enjoy working closely with key members of the ecommerce and operations teams in a rapidly growing business unit covering continental European regions including Germany, Italy, Spain, and France.
Role & Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by answering customer queries primarily via e-mail, live chat and telephone for their German, Italian, Spanish and French online channels.
Resolving customer queries received through our clients European eBay, Amazon and ecommerce webshop Resolving and processing of returns, exchanges, and discrepancies within a timely manner Communicate with couriers with outbound / lost / damaged in transit shipments Co-ordinate orders on internal/external systems Co-ordinate with external ecommerce partners Requirements Fluent in either German, Italian, Spanish and French as well as English Computer Skills – Microsoft Outlook and Excel, Zendesk, ebay and Amazon Seller Central experience desired but not essential Excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritise, multitask and react quickly to urgent enquiries Ability to communicate well with all internal departments Professional email and telephone manner Confidence to speak to a wide range of customers An interest or knowledge of vehicle car parts is desired Technical experience with e-commerce platforms (desired but not essential) Industry leading package 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) in addition to an annual leave purchase & sale scheme Pension Scheme & Life Assurance Discount on Service, Bodyshop and Parts 1 day each year to volunteer for a charity of your choice Cycle to work purchase scheme Access to Perks at Work discount website Please only apply for this role if you are fluent in: English and German English and Italian English and French English and Spanish To apply for this role please submit your full and up to date CV to Jonathan Sweasey at Pybus Recruitment #J-18808-Ljbffr
