MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Day to day management of the online store, this will include catalog management, orders management, website maintenance (banners, images, landing pages, etc.

);

Perform ongoing Control on stock level (update new products, verify alignment with warehouse);

Support deployment of commercial calendar (assortment definition, promo set up, dedicated landing page creation);

Manage contents on the website according to the editorial calendar;

Perform ongoing Quality Control & Quality Assurance actions on the website functionalities, audit website and linksfor relevance and accuracy.

Support development and quality of the website submitting tickets to the web development agency when necessary (IT-wise and SEO-wise);

Oversee all activities related to the ecommerce sales, coordinating the entire flow with marketing, retail and merchandising departments meeting deadlines and priorities;

Actively monitor and report on ecommerce performance metrics;

Constant Check on the websites of the competition and leaders

Catalogs preparation (prices, products, pictures, etc. )

adapting core information for different marketplaces requests;

Profilo

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Preferably previous experience on similar role/tasks;

Understanding of e-commerce and the luxury fashion sector

Good at managing multiple tasks, strong attention to details

Proactive approach to problem solving

Positive attitude

Fluent in Italian and English
