Pandora Italia is looking for a brilliant Ecommerce Intern who works as a part of the cluster Ecommerce team from our office in Milan.

**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Ecommerce Internship primary purpose is to join the Ecommerce department and acquire skills regarding the world of e-comm and support the implementation and the monitoring of Omnichannel activities as well as the launch of the trade marketing campaigns online.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- OMNICHANNEL: _

- Monitor the performances of all Omnichannel activities;

- Support the tutor to identify possible issues and find solution to solve them;

- Submit reports using internal tools (Adobe, Elevate)

- Support the roll out of new functionalities, including the test phase.

- CONTENT/ TRADING: _

- Support the implementation of the trade marketing campaigns online;

- Optimization of all content assets on the website;

- Content analysis: responsible for the implementation of the tracking links to each content asset on our website to read the performances (Adobe).

**PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Mastery of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel).

- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.

- Detail oriented without losing the big picture.

- Fluent in English - verbally and written

- Educated to university degree level in Marketing, Consumer Insights, E-commerce, Digital
