The company will continue fostering the craftsmanship culture at the facility in San Mauro Pascoli, where 120 craft professionals pass on their expertise through the generations.

Sergio Rossi is represented around the world in 80 boutiques and in a selection of prestigious multibrand stores.
Today Sergio Rossi has 560 employees, 330 of whom are based in Italy in the Milan Head Quarter, the Factory Plant in San Mauro Pascoli and the directly owned boutiques.
Regional offices are established in the USA (New York City), APAC (Hong Kong and Shanghai) and Japan (Tokyo) alongside the Retail direct network in those countries.
Main roles performed in the Company refers to Design, Merchandising, Communication & Marketing, HR, Finance, Logistic, IT and Commercial (Retail, Wholesale, e-comm) areas on top of the Ladies Shoes Production technicians and artisans activities and the direct retail store positions.

**Posizione**:
The** E-commerce Intern **will support the E-Comm Store Manager's activities by contributing to new and innovative e-commerce projects learning how the digital field is crucial for a company in the fashion industry and supporting the implementation and the monitoring of Omnichannel activities.
He or she will acquire skills regarding the world of E-commerce.
**Key Activities covered during the intern experience**:
- Merchandising websites Row and Japan
- Update of homepage and assets websites Row and Japan
- Weekly online product check
- Download of product photos
- Restock of E-commerce stationary materials
- Shipments of products to SR Factory
- Website test and check of development tickets before going live
- Support for loading personal data in retrieving product information and translations
- CS support for coupons
- Support to Customization online orders
**Requisiti**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and especially Excel)
- Proficiency in English
- HTML's knowledge is appreciated
- Proactivity and Eagerness to learn techniques
- CMS and knowledge of main strategies related to the E-Commerce world
- Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Teamwork
- Passion for the digital and fashion industr
