To carry out our mission, we are looking for an E-commerce Lead to join our team. WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF: E-commerce Strategy Development : Define and implement online sales strategies to increase conversions, traffic, and sales, and identify growth opportunities; Platform and Catalog Management : Manage the platform and oversee website maintenance, ensuring it runs smoothly and keeping the product catalog up to date; Order Management and Customer Service : Supervise the entire order fulfillment process, working closely with the customer service team; User Experience Optimization : Improve the user experience on the platform by using analysis tools to understand customer behavior and increase conversions; Marketing Campaign Planning : Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and retargeting campaigns; Performance Analysis and Reporting : Monitor e-commerce site KPIs, analyze sales data and user behavior, and provide regular reports. WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING WITH YOU: Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Management, or similar; At least 4-6 years of experience in the role; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong knowledge of English (B2/C1); In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing); Familiarity with analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
