On behalf of an important Premium Brand, we are looking for a:
E-Commerce Manager
The E-commerce Manager is responsible for the overall look and trade results of the brand's E-commerce.
Responsible for the image of the brand online, the E-commerce Manager will help defining the company 5 years plan, and will then be involved in relaunching the online image of the brand across all key geographies, boost the brand awareness and grow the traffic and conversion rate thanks to the correct buying, display and web marketing campaigns.
He/She will also be responsible to monitor all the key performance indicators, maintaining clear weekly, monthly and yearly visions.
Main responsibilities:
set and execute the strategy to relaunch the online brand image aligned to the 5 years business plan, maximising the business with the actual customers and gaining the new target customer to enter the brand's online stores, maximising Traffic and Conversion rate.
Have ownership of the brand's website, and oversee the day to day running.
Work with SEO, Digital Marketing, affiliates and newsletter to drive traffic to the website.
Monitor and report on campaign performance as well as manage weekly promotional activities.
Communication of keyword research and industry trends to utilize for SEO via content, product descriptions.
Maintain effective relationships externally with key companystakeholders and build long term trust and reliability.
Maintain effective relationships internally with key stakeholders who impact on KPIS and numbers to ensure an aligned, partnership approach to deliver the 5 years business plan.
Review and continuously improve processes and services to deliver innovation and improvements to the BU communication, KPIs and controlling.
Profilo
**Requirements**:
Significant experience as E-commerce Manager or similar position, in a similar fashion company
Experience in setting and execute a 5 years strategy to relaunch the in store image of a brand, giving clear directions, KPIs and targets to the team to be able to follow it and have as result a consistent brand image among geographies, aligned to the brand strategy
Proven track record of improving performance of a similar site.
Significant experience in managing an international team, among international geographies
Significant financial experience, great experience in approaching a business identifying all KPIs involved, both looking at the big picture as well as the small numbers
Great passion for the fashion world, aware of the competitors in the key geographies, with a strong eye for future trends to transition the brand in the most successful way to the re-launch in the market
Highly analytical and numerate with good attention to detail
Confident communicator and problem solver with good stakeholder management skills, influencing and managing complex relationships
Experience of cross functional work and coordination
Experience of process development
Fluency in English and Italian
