**Key responsibilities**:
Achieve sales and growth targets by implementing strategies that will drive traffic and increase customer base and retention.
Define and implementing e-Commerce KPIs and reporting on performance
Daily review of sales and KPIs to identify the key drivers behind performance and plan actions
Oversee customer interaction, order fulfillment and returns to ensure quality service experience
Plan, implement and analyze sales and promotional activities across different markets
Work with internal stakeholders and external partners/suppliers to optimize site navigation, customer journey, checkout funnel and product placement to grow conversion rate and online sales
End to end responsibility for the online trading & marketing calendar including, planning & execution
Generate ideas and strategies based upon data-driven insights and recommendations
Keep up to date on E-Commerce innovation and trends, monitoring competitor sites
Collaborate with different teams to share and collect all the keys strategic information to achieve business goals: Digital Marketing, Customer Care, CRM, Client Advisor, merchandising, logistic, etc
Manage Ecommerce budget and monitor costs monthly
+5 year experience in similar role with outstanding results
Previous experience of heading up an e-Commerce team and a proven track record of growing online sales
Ability to utilize data/data analytics to drive decisions related to E-Commerce, trading, and user experience
Proactive, independent, responsible, creative and self-motivated
Strong team player, adaptable and flexible
Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and set priorities
Fluent in English
