E-Commerce Manager
ARAV SRL , a leading company in the fashion industry with over 20 years of presence in the market and owner of renowned brands such as SILVIAN HEACH and JOHN RICHMOND , is looking for a E-commerce Manager for its Milan headquarters. We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate E-Commerce Manager to lead the strategy and development of our online sales channel. The ideal candidate has strong experience in managing e-commerce platforms, in-depth knowledge of digital marketing, and an analytical mindset focused on results. About the Role: Define and implement the e-commerce strategy to maximize sales and enhance customer experience. Manage and optimize the website, ensuring a seamless user experience aligned with the brand identity. Coordinate digital marketing activities (SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliations) to increase traffic and conversions. Monitor and analyze website performance, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions. Manage the product catalog, ensuring constant updates of content, images, and descriptions. Oversee logistics and customer care activities to ensure efficient and satisfactory service. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, IT, customer service) and external suppliers to develop new features and optimize the platform. Stay up to date with market trends and new technologies to improve e-commerce performance. Stay up to date with market trends and new technologies to improve e-commerce performance. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the Fashion/Luxury sector. Deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar). Expertise in digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM). Strong understanding of UX/UI dynamics to enhance the customer journey. Data analysis skills and KPI-driven mindset. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
