As a eCommerce Marketing Lead you will guide the ecommerce marketing team, defining and implementing the ecommerce marketing strategy for Reckitt healthcare brands in ecommerce platforms (D2C, Amazon, Marketplaces, epharmas, ultrafast and egroceries).

You will work closely with the cross functional team, as brand, media and commercial teams, to ensure a continuous improvement on the brand's eCommerce media performance and ensuring the best user experience.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create eCommerce display and search strategies that improve performance and align with business objectives

- Define in platform activation plan

- Build full funnel digital campaigns with brand and media teams

- Guide content strategy implementation

- Budget ownership on a bran and retail level

**REQUIREMENTS**:

Min 5 years of experience in ecommerce, brand or media agency

Experience in people management

Ability to collaborate with counterparts internally and externally effectively

Capacity to provide new ideas and have a new approach

Fluent in Italian and English
