E-Commerce Merchandising Specialist

S/He will be part of the E-Commerce Merchandising team and will be involved in translating the bran merchandising strategy into the digital context.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

Monitor the digital production status of the WW ECM Catalogue SKU's: shootings, product descriptions, online category attribution

Update and maintain the Text & Photography Brief

Update and maintain the WW ECM Catalogue in the Valentino IT system (SAP)

**ECM Shooting**: collaboration in defining E-Commerce Looks; update the Styling App; support the Shooting & Logistic Teams in all related activities

**ECM Product Descriptions**: collaboration with Merchandising Team to optimize Product Descriptions for the online business

**ECM Product categorization**: help in categorizing SKUs in the online Store (macro-micro category, colors, line)

Support in Special Projects' online new launches

Support in defining the right product assortment for social media: Facebook Product Pushes and Instagram Shopping

**Requirements**:

2 years experience in a similar role in Fashion/Luxury brands

Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Team oriented with a pro-active and determined attitude

Open-minded, curious, methodical and endowed with a sound analytical approach

Fluent in English and Italian
