The Online Customer Service is operatively responsible for the end consumer experience related to the own brands eCommerce shops and makes scheduled reports, tracks and monitors customer requests and helps to improve the process for an outstanding customer experience.

We are looking for an intern who supports our Online Customer Service for at least 6 months starting around February.

**Tasks and responsibilities

- Help to manage B2C customer requests through telephone, mail and other potential channels

- Assist the first level support for issues and general requests about company, brands and products

- Get to know the whole process on our online shops (checkout, payment, fulfillment, return and refund)

- Assist the analysis of customer pain-points, issues and needs

- Support digital projects directly connected to end consumer contacts

**Profile

- University student or degree in economics, languages or a similar field

- Fluent in German and English, Italian is a plus

- Communication skills

- Problem solving, positive and flexible approach

- Reliability, organization and attention to detail

- Passion for mountain activities
