E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS SPECIALISTAt Diesel Headquarters, located in Breganze (Italy), we are seeking an experienced and skilled E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team.

He/She will be responsible for the following tasks:

Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating with the merchandising team to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment;Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring on-time shipment and delivery;Coordinate with the logistics team to manage shipping and delivery;Monitor order tracking and resolve shipping, delivery, or returns issues;Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues in a timely manner;Assist in maintaining accurate product data, pricing, and availability on the website and other sales channels;Support the implementation of operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity;Collaborate with the technology team to identify and resolve operational issues related to e-commerce systems and tools;Generate operational reports and analyze data to provide insights for process improvement. Education and qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, logistics, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in operations and logistics, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and orders. Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and order management systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset. Familiarity with inventory management and logistics coordination is a plus. Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
