**Posizione**:

Artemest is looking for a clear thinking, organized and enthusiastic self-starter to join the technology team in Bologna as an E-commerce Product Owner.

Relevant experience in a product management position is required.

**What will be your key responsibilities?

- Own the E-commerce Product Backlog, ensuring its execution and delivery, within a broader product roadmap

- Prioritize activities ensuring maximum product value in line with product vision

- Work closely with the Product Management team and software engineering, following Agile principles, to define requirements and acceptance criteria accurately

- Coordinate the development teams activities, evaluating output and providing constant feedback

- Work with UX Designers to generate wireframes and prototypes to support user stories and product demonstrations

- Ensure output meets users' needs by coordinating testing, demonstrations and collecting stakeholders' feedbacks

- Define KPI when approaching new feature or changes and evaluate impact on business side

- Extra - conduct customer research and evaluate customer journery improvements

**Requisiti**:

**Who are we looking for?

- Previous experience (3+ years) in product management

- Ability to fully understand customer journey and anticipate customer needs

- Strong problem-solving and can-do attitude

- Team player

- Ability to lead group discussions and illustrate complex solutions

- Strong expertise using data to synthesize information and make decisions

- Have a high bar for quality when writing user stories, reviewing designs, brainstorming technical approaches, and testing a feature before it is released

- Proficient with Jira or similar agile project management tool

- Result-oriented, proactive and self-starter

- Good technical awareness

- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

- Excellent written and spoken English and Italian
