ECommerce Cloud Project Manager - 1 Year Contract based in Milan

**What You'll Do**:

- Manage large and diverse teams across geographies.

- Plan and execute large multi-locale, multilingual, multi-currency B2C sites.

- Managing projects shifting e-commerce platform to cloud using the latest technologies.

- Coordinating with customer teams and internal teams with excellent business communication skills.

- Liaise with Vendor executive management for escalation, issue resolution.

- Ensure project deadlines are met and take appropriate corrective and preventive measures.

- Create Project Plans, Budget, Project Charters and track them till closure.

- Analyse and own the risk mitigation plan.

- Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, provide review feedback, strong negotiation skills needed.

- Conduct project reviews and create detailed status reports for executive management.

- Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.

**You'll Need to Have**:

- Senior Project Manager with 5+ years of experience.

- 2+ years in an enterprise commerce cloud platform.

(Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Oracle Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce Cloud, EPiServer Commerce Cloud etc. , )

- Extensive vendor management experience, working with offshore teams.

**We'd Love to See**:

- SFCC (B2C / B2B) experience.

- Experience managing end to end multiple SFCC Projects.

- Strong eCommerce domain knowledge and understanding the SFCC ecosystem.

- Online tools knowledge such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheets, Microsoft Office Tools.

- Experienced in Agile/ Scrum development and delivery methodology.
