Your role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for a E-Commerce Project Manager to join KIKO MILANO's E-Commerce Team, reporting to the E-Commerce Digital Senior Director.
Such talent will be key in supporting the evolution and the growth of all the online channels by granting the go to market of all the projects on the roadmap. The role will be mainly responsible for supporting Direct Digital Channels evolution, by owning the project roadmap and granting the delivery of all the projects on time, working closely with the E-commerce Business team, IT department, and external suppliers.
The role will also be responsible for coordinating IT projects related to new online channels via Marketplaces and projects involving data flows needed to support online sales via Franchising partners. In particular, you will:Collect all the business needs from E-commerce team and define projects requirements and expected benefits by completing company procedures needed to submit projects. Collect all business needs in terms of Change requests or Bugs on existing features. Identify priorities and lead the digital channel releases plan to grant business development and business KPIs optimization. Define together with the business team and IT team the project roadmap and manage it ensuring the delivery time of all the projects. Liaise between the business and IT teams to ensure roadmap delivery. Support the go-live of new features ensuring the check and UAT of the new projects pre-release. Propose and lead initiatives to evolve digital channel strategy based on data analytics and trading team input. Contribute data-based insights to key stakeholders on how to improve the digital customer experience. Set annual UX targets, i. e. , conversion, time on site, bounce rates, add to cart, to support the eCommerce revenue objectives. Own the A/B testing program on the website to support decisions to activate new projects. Work together with external functions, i. e. , Retail, Logistics, Finance, Customer Engagement, Marketing, when multi-channel initiatives are called for. What you will need to succeed7+ years of experience in eCommerce/digital channels roleKnowledge of CMS toolsAdvanced Knowledge of GA tool (Data Studio; Google Optimize; Google Merchant is a plus)Business acumen and strong understanding of current eCommerce and digital trends and best practices. Excellent Web Analytics knowledge (GA KPIs, SEO/SEM – Google Analytics certification is a plus). Full understanding of the end-to-end UX and the supporting processes carried out by the business to make it happen. Technical knowledge of eCommerce platforms, eCommerce-related software, and testing methodologies. Good knowledge of multichannel reality and online customer behaviours. Strong organizational and planning skills with an ability to prioritize and turn strategies into operational plans and impactful actions. Proven Project Management skills. Fluent in English.
