**Your Duties & Responsibilities**:

As part of the team, you will contribute to:

- Guide and understand the need of the customer in defining the characteristics of E-Commerce consistently with the business model and industry competence;

- Manage and deliver a stream of projects to drive growth in global omnichannel E-Commerce being responsible for owning a portfolio of complex projects to deliver (sites, integrations, functionalities) identifying and implementing solutions based on new technologies, hitting the target in terms of functionality, cost, quality, and speed of execution;

- Support project scoping, requirements definition and prioritization, managing stakeholders during execution (status, risks, concerns, change requests, SLAs);

- Be responsible for customers' and colleagues' experience, improving systems, tools, and processes;

- Coordinate resources that have technical and specific skills to realize the various parts of E-Commerce.

**Education & Experience**:

- Degree/master's in Computer Engineering, Economics, or similar

- 2-3 years of experience in digital projects delivery/system integrations

- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize needs into business and product requirements

- Tech geek inside able to understand and discuss technical concepts

- Plus:_
