E-Commerce Site Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate store management activities across markets and teams with the aim to improve the main E-Commerce KPIs (Conversion Rate, Return Rate, Average Order Value, Orders Importante Azienda )
Be the key HQ reference for E-Commerce store management teams localized in different regions/markets
Identify action plans to support local E-Commerce teams in achieving sales and KPIs targets
Maintain commercial calendar, merging corporate guidelines and roadmap with local needs and initiatives, with the final aim to build effective plans
Monitor E-Commerce performance, focusing on digital KPIsand on differences by market and platforms
Define E-Commerce business requirements for new features/project implementations and coordinate with the Digital & Omnichannel PM for the testing and post go-live phases
In alignment with HQ Digital Media Team, optimize from an E-Commerce perspective marketing campaigns for all channels
Profile Working from 3 to 5 years in E-Commerce B2C, experience in retail and fashion or luxury is a plus
Very good knowledge of Excel, Power Point and E-Commerce & Reporting IT tools
Strong communication and teamwork skills, attention to details
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, good at prioritization
Capability to structure functional requirements for all E-Commerce related digital projects
Capability to work well in changing, fast and dynamic environment
