E-Commerce Site Merchandising Intern

The _E-commerce Site Merchandising Intern_, together with the Global E-commerce & Omnichannel Digital Merchandising Specialist, will execute the omnichannel digital assortment strategy at WW level for all categories, ensuring alignments with Buying, Marketing, CRM, Content team.
He/She will also oversee the product attributes and categorization stream to ensure each product have the proper visibility.

**Responsibilities**:
- Review product sorting and ranking on a weekly basis, making sure it reflects the seasonal merchandising and business needs;
- Support Visual Merchandising activities for WW catalogue across all product listing pages, updating product attribute and support setting automatic rules;
- Ensure products are correctly classified and merchandised in order to optimize category performance and conversion rate inside website;
- Creation and set up of product listing page in order to promote specific products and marketing initiative;
- Support the team implement and continuously reinforcing the visual merchandising global strategy for all storefronts, ensuring that online visual merchandising is reflecting the buying priorities and corporate guidelines;
- Ensure message consistency across all pages, from hero images and HP product carousel to landing pages and VM revision in partnership with content team;
- Monitor product delivery/Supervising the omnichannel assortment by region and support revising seasonal push with Marketing and CRM team according to product delivery;
- Monitor Business performance and guarantee regular alignments with analytics and planning teams, managing the assortment and rebalancing actions to maximize sales;
- Take care of categorization stream to ensure each product have proper exposure, collaborating with buying team to gather all product information and support copy production team.
**Profile**:
- Master's Degree preferably in Economics, Business Management or similar;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint,
- Knowledge of Photoshop will be considered a plus;
- Previous experience in E-commerce or Digital is a plus;
- Salesforce platform knowledge is a plus;
- Fashion & Luxury product sensitivity and comprehension of the industry (Fashion and Digital);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability;
- Excellent team player, able to interact with flexibility and diplomacy with different stakeholders;
- Excellent attention to detail, prioritization and time management;
- Proactive and driven for results.
