E-Commerce Specialist
Task**:
As **e-Commerce Specialist**, you will support the eCommerce team in coordinating store management activities across markets/platforms and preparing functional requirements for all eCom related digital projects.
You will work within the teams to manage all eCom site content activities to ensure the _updating of the website_ and a compelling experience, taking into account the commercial strategies.
**Responsabilità**:
Main **duties and responsibilitie**s are the following:
- Day to day management of the online store, ensuring the website is kept up to date with seasonally relevant products, updated imagery and content (banners, images, landing pages, etc. )
with the aim to improve the overall experience
- Oversee all activities related to product publication, coordinating the entire flow throughout all involved colleagues and third parties (shootings, localization, accessibility agency, etc.
)
- Work closely with other colleagues, functions and department (e. g.
Marketing dept. )
to implement effective content strategies, in synergy with the company's digital ecosystem
- Write compelling and high-quality website content, including page descriptions, and deliver weekly content updates across the site and its channels (HP, top navigation, listing page content, etc.
)
- Support development and quality of the website by putting briefs together and submitting tickets/bug fix requests when necessary
- Perform Quality Control & Quality Assurance actions on website functionalities
- Coordination with external support areas such as customer care to manage escalations
- Liaising with Logistics team to align on operations topics
- Own weekly/monthly reporting, analysis and optimization of all areas of responsibility
- Conducting periodical competitor analysis, suggesting opportunities for new content modules onsite
**Profilo**:
Main **requirements **are:
- At least 2-3 years of experience, preferably working on international sports industries, fashion or lifestyle retail brands
- Retail mindset
- Knowledge of Salesforce and main CMS solutions is a plus
- Experience with web analytics tool such as Google Analytics
- Ability to show initiative and new ideas to constantly improve onsite experience
- Exceptional attention to detail, able to spot small mistakes in copy or assets
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload effectively
- Good analytical skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and eCommerce & Reporting tools
- Proactive, motivated, enthusiastic, and focused on achieving great results
- Previous experience in a global team that required collaborating across numerous cross-functional stakeholders highly appreciated
- Fluency in English required, any second language is a plus
- Passion for e-commerce, Internet and its communication channels
Excellent writing skills, clear verbal communication skills, business acumen, critical thinking and team working attitudes will complete the profile.
A natural attitude to create and contribute to a positive work environment and a strong workplace culture is a must.

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferably in Economics or digital marketing
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce solutions
