E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST**:

Currently, Staff International acts as industrial platform for some of the labels in the OTB's portfolio, including Maison Margiela and its MM6 advanced contemporary line, Marni and Diesel's shoes, bags and small leather goods division.

At the same time, the company works under exclusive worldwide license with Dsquared2, Just Cavalli and Koché for the product research and development, the production, and the omnichannel distribution of the collections.

It is essential for this role to be fluent in Italian and English.

**Main Responsabilities**:

Manage day by day activities to ensure the proper working and updating of the website, taking into account the commercial strategies;

Manage on-site assortment and relative stock forecasting;

Support the planning activities related to the catalog, shooting, and logistics;

Plan and supervise promotional activities along with the Marketing and CRM team;

Support creation of newsletter for commercial initiatives, editorial communication, and special projects;

Analyze sales, inventory, and website KPI's to determine business improvement opportunities;

Maintain knowledge of the market to inspire new strategy ideas;

Supervise and coordinate customer service requests working;

Support the Omnichannel Team defining internal processes with the main stakeholders;

Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues communicating across all the stakeholders;

Support the relationship management with tech and logistic partners.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

Bachelor's or Master's deegree;

2/3 years of proven past experience in e-commerce;

Ability to communicate effectively with other colleagues and external partners;

Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;

Experience using Google Analytics;

Past experience working with Shopify is a plus;

Past experience working with Farfetch and Amazon is a plus;

Proactive attitude and work ethics;

Fluency English is mandatory.

This position is based in Noventa Vicentina at Staff International HQ.
