The company is looking for an e-Commerce Specialist to join the team in Milan.

Scope of Work:

Content management (inserting, file preparation, and upload of assets and catalog) in coordination with Merchandising and Communication teamsMonitoring orders & returnsMonitoring inventory and restocking in coordination with the Merchandising teamTesting website functionality on desktop & mobile and across various marketsCoordinating partners (Creative agency, e-commerce partner, Digital Marketing agency, and Logistic partner)Monitoring customer care tickets and coordinating with HQ customer care teamOrganizing calendar events in coordination with Marketing and Communication teamsCreation of newsletters according to Business/Marketing indicationsCoordinating photo shoots (from the next batch)Reporting on visits, sales, and other KPIs (using GA and Shopify)Managing the materials re-ordering (packages, tags, etc. )Support in the go-live phaseRequirements:

Office Package, in particular Excel expertise6-12 months experience with e-commerce and therefore knowledge of GA, some e-commerce platforms, and email platformsAttention to detailTime management and general project management mindsetCommunication and relational skillsEnglish is requiredItalian is a plusMaster's in management, marketing, or communication is a plusBasic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
