Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)
Responsibilities and main tasks:
- Define and implement e-Commerce Store KPIs and report on performance
- Management of the e-Commerce direct site including full P&L for the website and associated marketing channels
- Achieve sales and growth targets by implementing strategies that will drive traffic and increase customerbase and retention
- Support the omnichannel strategy through collaboration with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience both online and in-store
- Oversee day-to-day website management, and manage third-party suppliers (Developers, Agencies, Affiliates)
- Identify product opportunities and key trends that will drive demand for particular categories and styles via sales/site performance data, business unit feedback, and competitive analysis
- End-to-end responsibility for the online trading & marketing calendar including ideation, planning & execution.
- Coordinate with the Central Merchandising team to ensure coordination on key launches/commercial initiatives/product push
- Give proper input to the Marketing and Digital Advertising team to optimize performance marketing campaigns for all channels
- Work closely with the Retail team to ensure a unique omnichannel client experience
- Monitor performance and act with effective corrective actions:
gross and net sales, conversion rate, average order value, return rate, and orders evolution, providing data-driven insights
Profilo
- The position requires an individual who works well in changing environment, fast and dynamic.
- Working from 5 to 7 years in E-Commerce B2C, experience in retail and fashion or luxury is a plus
- Very good knowledge of SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud), Excel, PowerPoint and E-Commerce & Reporting IT tools
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, good at prioritization
- Creativity and proactivity
- Passion for digital and business trends
- Fluent English needed
